Features

Hands-On Learning Experience

1. Site Visit: Participants will have opportunity to visit some of the most luxury and largest international hotel resorts located in Macau, including MGM Macau, Sands China, Galaxy Macau, SJM Resorts, Melco Resorts, and Wynn Resorts.

 

2. Practical Training: Participants will engage in training sessions at the world-class hotel venues and restaurants, allowing them to learn directly from industry professionals and observe best practices in action.

2. Workshops & Seminars: Interactive workshops led by experts will cover essential topics such as customer service excellence, operational strategies, leadership, and the latest trends in hospitality. This includes sessions on crisis management and innovation in guest services.


3. Panel Discussions: Engaging discussions with industry leaders will provide insights into the future of hospitality in Macau and global trends, offering participants a broader perspective on the industry.

Cultural Immersion

The program includes guided tours of Macau’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites, enabling participants to appreciate the unique blend of Portuguese and Chinese influences that shape the region's culture and tourism offerings.
